Spend an afternoon with Certified Executive Chef Richard Christy learning how to bake a restaurant-quality holiday dessert. Master professional techniques for crafting a show-stopping seasonal treat from scratch, pick up tips you can easily use at home, and sit down to enjoy a sweet treat with fellow students after the lesson.  

On the Menu:

 Christmas Upside Down Apple Cake: A warm, spiced seasonal cake baked with sweet apples.

 Chantilly Cream: Freshly whipped sweet cream served alongside the warm cake.
